We tell the story of a young man from Deer Park, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati. Growing up, he enjoyed doing small construction projects with his dad, but these would be just fond memories as he headed off to college. This is the story of an unusual journey, which—spoiler alert—leads to the start of a roofing company. He wanted to run his business better, so he joined NRCA, where he asked the right questions and challenged the status quo, putting him on the path to becoming the chairman of the board for the association.
